Frequently asked

What is Tarmac Nation?
A rider-built map of the best motorcycle roads, the cafés, lookouts and fuel stops worth pulling over for, and the workshops that actually know bikes — starting in Queensland.
Is it free to use?
Yes. The map, routes and directory are free. Sign in to save favourites to your garage, vote in the Pie Cup and list your group's events.
Which areas does it cover?
Queensland is live now — Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast hinterlands and beyond. More states are being mapped.
Can I add a route, pie stop or event?
Yes — riders can nominate pie stops, log group rides and meets, and suggest spots. Everything's reviewed before it goes live.
